Our client is seeking a talented Contract Recruiter to help them attract top talent for key roles within the organization. As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and managing the recruitment process to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals to source top-tier candidates across multiple functions
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, assess qualifications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics throughout the process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements and candidate preferences. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
- Present job offers to candidates, handle negotiations and guide them through the offer acceptance process
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategies, ensuring efficient processes and a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion
- Track candidate pipelines, provide regular reports to the HR team and monitor recruitment metrics to ensure deadlines and goals are met
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a contract or temporary recruitment capacity, with 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, sales, marketing, operations) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance in recruitment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience using recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with the HR team and hiring managers
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth or startup environment preferred
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making a plus
- Knowledge of Denver's local job market and candidate pool a plus
