Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the nation’s largest independent home and site infusion services. They pride themselves on elevating standards of care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. Due to growth, they are looking for a Help Desk Technician. This position is fully remote.
Help Desk Technician Responsibilities:
- Mobile device support
- Printers, iPad, laptop support
- iPad and iPhone configurations and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting malfunctioning applications
- Troubleshoot laptop connectivity issues
- Printer work
- Password resets
- Level 1 troubleshooting
Help Desk Technician Requirements:
- Technical aptitude
- Experience troubleshooting hardware; laptops, PCs, etc.
- Intune
- Proficiency in IT and MDM, specifically Intune and Mobile IOS and Android, preferred
