Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with a healthcare organization that is seeking a Contract Data Analyst to join their team. As a Contract Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing and visualizing data using Excel.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working with high-volume, complex Excel workbooks and creating reports that communicate findings effectively. This position is on a hybrid schedule and requires the ability to be onsite in Bannockburn, IL. This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity.
Contract Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources
- Analyze data using Excel and other data analysis tools
- Create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Build and maintain complex Excel workbooks
- Ensure data quality control and accuracy
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to achieve common goals
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development opportunities
Contract Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics or computer science
- Proven experience in working with data and using Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, look-ups, pivot tables, charts and data tables
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring data quality control and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including automating repetitive tasks, developing new formulas and building complex models
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data in a way that is easy to understand and actionable
- Familiarity with data models, Power Query and exposure to Power BI
