Job Description

LaSalle Network is actively seeking Remote Customer Care Representatives for one of our clients in the Downers Grove area! In this position, you will help customers with their online transactions and phone inquiries to help resolve questions they have while providing top notch customer service. If you are looking for the flexibility to work in a remote setting with a well-known company look no further!

 

Remote Customer Care Representatives Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volume of inbound phone calls from patients
  • Screen patients, handle sensitive medical information
  • Compose messages to providers regarding patient symptoms and Rx request
  • Update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Schedule patients and locate providers
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines

 

Remote Customer Care Representatives Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable getting a TB test, flu shot and Covid vaccine
