Customer Patient Access/ Patient Support Responsibilities:

  • Handle highly sensitive medical information calls
  • Typing notes to physicians and relaying important patient information
  • Ability to hit daily metrics
  • Updating patient demographics
  • Scheduling patients and locating providers
  • Adhering to HIPAA

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Patient facing experience or phone support experience 
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Empathic and patient demeanor
  • Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
