Our client is looking for a hands-on, driven Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction infrastructure projects. This is a high-growth opportunity with mentorship from seasoned professionals, exposure to both operations and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end construction projects, primarily DOT-related (bridges, highways, etc.)
- Collaborate with crews, subcontractors, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely, efficient job completion
- Coordinate scheduling, equipment needs, materials, and labor
- Serve as the key point of contact for field crews and client stakeholders
- Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight travel may be required)
- Participate in project bidding and sales support during the off-season
- Shadow senior leadership to gain hands-on training and business acumen
- Manage project budgets, documentation, and post-project reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, client specifications, and quality standards
Qualifications
- 2–10 years of project management experience (construction preferred)
- Concrete project experience or civil infrastructure background is a plus
- Sales or client-facing experience is a major plus, especially in construction or field service environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—ability to build relationships across teams
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in project management or construction-related software (or willingness to learn)
- Open to candidates with a degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Must be flexible with hours, especially during peak project seasons
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key project needs
