Contract Compensation Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact compensation projects including global market analysis, pay equity audits, and job leveling

  • Modernize compensation frameworks to support rapid organizational growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and executive leadership

  • Analyze data to develop actionable insights and drive strategic decisions

  • Champion change management and communication around evolving compensation programs

Contract Compensation Consultant Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of compensation experience, ideally in fast-paced or consulting environments

  • Proficiency with market pricing tools, Excel modeling, and job architecture design

  • Excellent communicator and data translator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen and ability to lead through ambiguity
