Contract Compensation Consultant Responsibilities:

Lead high-impact compensation projects including global market analysis, pay equity audits, and job leveling

Modernize compensation frameworks to support rapid organizational growth

Serve as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance, and executive leadership

Analyze data to develop actionable insights and drive strategic decisions

Champion change management and communication around evolving compensation programs
Contract Compensation Consultant Requirements:

8–10 years of compensation experience, ideally in fast-paced or consulting environments

Proficiency with market pricing tools, Excel modeling, and job architecture design

Excellent communicator and data translator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders

Strong business acumen and ability to lead through ambiguity
