We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compensation Analyst to join our client’s team. They are a global leader in the logistics space offering world class services and are continuing to grow rapidly.

 As a crucial member of their team, this role will assist in creating global compensation structures along with supporting all day-to-day tasks on the team. You will be partnering directly with the Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers across the organization which allows for high visibility to key leaders. This role is ideal for someone with strong compensation and HRIS experience who can step in and make an immediate impact.

Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day compensation activities along with various projects
  • Conduct market pricing and utilize MarketPay
  • Perform job leveling and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure roles are graded correctly
  • Support in analyzing job descriptions from acquired organizations to determine appropriate compensation levels
  • Set up and maintain HRIS, with a focus on Paylocity and ICIMS
  • Work closely with the HRIS team to manage and troubleshoot system issues
  • Handle ICIMS requests and Paylocity tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to the senior analyst when necessary
  • Work with data, spreadsheets and other tools to support project initiatives
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within HRIS systems
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the project team

Compensation Analyst Requirements:
  • Familiarity with job leveling, market pricing and compensation analysis
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Paylocity and ICIMS is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Solutions-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
