Commercial Collections Representative

LaSalle Network has partnered with a third-party debt resolution company to hire a Commercial Collections Representative to join their growing team. They are an industry leader and are seeking a high-energy candidate to assist clients in achieving financial goals.

Commercial Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Keep records of all conversations in call database
• Meet phone requirements, inbound and outbound calls to creditors
• Work from the established collector work queue to make contacts
• Respond to all questions and inquiries using procedures that fall within established parameters
• Apply critical thinking skills to determine appropriate solutions while overcoming obstacles to improve call outcomes
• Maintain a consultative and professional relationship with the customer throughout the process
• Draft and send emails to clients

• 1-3 years of collections experience preferred
• Entry level candidates who are highly motivated and energetic
• Ability to successfully multi-task and manage concurrent situations
• Must be computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve data from database systems
• Ability to write professional and informative email communications and contact notes
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external individuals
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be extremely ambitious, energetic, self-starter
• High school diploma and some college preferred
• Strong negotiation skills along with active listening ability
