LaSalle Network is hiring for a Commercial Account Manager at a leading insurance brokerage in Brentwood, TN. This firm has been recognized by multiple publications for their level of quality service and unique company culture. Additionally, they are one of the largest independent insurance firms in the country!

The Commercial Account Manager will have the opportunity to support a variety of clients around the country in conjunction with the sales leaders. This role will be responsible for managing client inquiries and providing impeccable service with the goal of account retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a “customer first” approach, be highly organized and possess a strong working knowledge of property and casualty insurance.

Commercial Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide account support for new and existing clients
  • Responsible for renewals and onboarding new business, including specialty applications, quoting and gathering pertinent information from the client and/or carrier
  • Prepare proposals for renewal and new business presentations
  • Work with the Producer to bind coverage with carriers, process billing, address escalated client concerns, etc.
  • Verify that endorsements and certificates of insurance are properly issued using CSR24 software
  • Assist with training new Client Service staff
  • Make relationships with underwriters and market new business
  • Maintain documentation in Epic, following outlined procedures and standard operating procedures

Commercial Account Manager Requirements:
  • BA preferred
  • 5+ years of account management experience on large commercial accounts
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Working knowledge of EPIC, CSR24 and Indio
  • Knowledge of insurance market trends, submission processes and policy coverage levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
