What’s the job?
- Proactively contact business clients with outstanding balances
- Collect payment from existing customers while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing questions or disputes through clear communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AR, billing, and customer success teams
- Uphold a positive customer experience and encourage account recovery
- 1+ year of customer service, accounts receivable, or collections experience
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up habits
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- $20–22/hour compensation
