Our machine center and distribution facility in Bensenville, IL is seeking an energetic CNC Programmer/Operator to join the team. Supported by strong supplier partnerships and a growing customer base, we continue to expand our market presence, creating new opportunities.

Would be responsible for the below 3 machines (Total):- Multicam 3R
- Multicam 3R
- Onsrud duel table, duel spindle
- Set up and operate the CNC router: This involves preparing the machine, adjusting settings based on the project specifications, and loading materials securely.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings: Understanding the dimensions, designs, and specifications of the parts to be cut.
- Monitor machine performance: Observing the cutting process, making adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Load and secure materials: Safely and properly placing materials onto the machine’s work surface.
- Handle raw materials and finished parts: Moving materials to and from the machine, including sorting, cleaning, and packaging.
- Would like the capabilities of programming and troubleshooting: Currently using Mastercam would require the ability to convert from Cad file to Mastercam, In some cases, operators may be responsible for writing simple programs or diagnosing machine malfunctions
