LaSalle Network is partnering with a dynamic and mission-driven organization to find a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Intake Coordinator to join their Community Services team. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients, provide critical support to a dedicated team, and make a real difference in the lives of others.
Clinical Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Answer 10-15 calls daily, asking thoughtful questions to understand client needs and provide exceptional service.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Schedule meeting rooms and handle administrative tasks, becoming the go-to person for directors and team members.
- Stay Organized: Record and maintain accurate client information and service details using tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams.
- Support Clients: Oversee client documentation and ensure everything is in order to provide seamless support.
Clinical Intake Coordinator Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role, ideally in social services.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Teams.
- A compassionate and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others.
- Someone who is eager to grow into a social work role and make a long-term impact.
