Job Description

Our client, a growing sports technology company based in Chicago, is seeking an Client Success Specialist to join their team due to growth! This company is finding its way to the forefront of their industry, servicing some of the largest sports teams all over the country.

The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and managing the implementation of new accounts in addition to managing high-level relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and exceptional client servicing skills in addition to having proven experience enhancing processes and operations in a startup.

Client Success Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Kick-off and execute implementation for new accounts including maintaining project plans, monitoring timelines and ensuring clients attain stated goals
  • Manage client account relationships
  • Demonstrate system functionality and train clients on the use of the system
  • Manage, research, track and resolve client issues in a timely, efficient manner
  • Anticipate risks and challenges, and initiate action plans or alternative solutions, escalating when appropriate
  • Partner with product and engineering team to ensure product utilization
  • Become an expert on products/solutions and routinely collaborate to help improve functionality

Client Success Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required
  • 3+ years of direct customer success experience required
  • Sports knowledge or industry experience is preferred
  • Proven implementation experience of a SaaS product
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
