Client Success Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support client onboarding and management, including scheduling meetings and tracking deliverables
- Assist with client marketing and social media content
- Assist clients in promoting travel packages and fulfilling their contractual obligations
- Project manage clients to execute agreed upon marketing commitments
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop unique itineraries that offer add-on's, package inclusions and more
- Additional responsibilities as needed to support the company's goals and objectives
Client Success Coordinator Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willing to learn and grow in a collaborative work environment
- Computer proficiency
- Experience with Google Suite preferred
