Our client, focused in the technology and fintech industry, is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to build their team. This is an exciting opportunity with a growing company at the forefront of technology solutions.

****Entry-Level position****

Client Success Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding and management, including scheduling meetings and tracking deliverables
  • Assist with client marketing and social media content
  • Assist clients in promoting travel packages and fulfilling their contractual obligations
  • Project manage clients to execute agreed upon marketing commitments
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop unique itineraries that offer add-on's, package inclusions and more
  • Additional responsibilities as needed to support the company's goals and objectives

Client Success Coordinator Requirements:
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to learn and grow in a collaborative work environment
  • Computer proficiency
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred
