In this specialized Client Service role, you will investigate inquiries in a timely fashion in order to answer all customer needs. - Provide high level, excellent customer service
- Perform Order Entry
- Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, etc.
- Verify orders and expedite delivery
- Other duties as necessary and assigned by supervisor
- 2 years strong customer service experience
- Customer service mindset a must
- Comfortable making quick decisions for the customer
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED
