Job Description

LaSalle Network is currently working with one of our clients, a leading marketing communication company. They are seeking a Client Services Representative to join their team onsite in the Kenosha, WI area. This organization is looking to expand its team as they are seeing rapid growth.

Client Services Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and emails from customers
  • Order processing
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Issue resolution

Client Services Representative Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Previous experience meeting deadlines
  • Ability to adapt and multitask
  • High level of customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and computer savvy
  • Detail oriented
