Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a financial services firm to bring a detail oriented and highly motivated Client Service Representative to join their growing team. Located in downtown Chicago, this position offers the opportunity to utilize your experience to work closely with high level executives and requires someone confident in their abilities.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Work with current clients to manage and resolve any questions or concerns
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manager
  • Consult with clients on the different options provided by the company
  • Be able to provide additional support to other team members as needed
  • Provide impeccable client and customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutions
  • Communicate internally, escalating client requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution

Client Service Representative Requirements:
  • 2+ years of client servicing experience
  • Experience working in wealth management, financial services or banking
  • Superior communication skills, including written and oral  
  • A competitive spirit and strong drive for company success 
  • Ability to work fully remote
