LaSalle Network is hiring a Client Finance Manager to lead daily operations and financial reporting for a growing organization. Based in Downtown Nashville, this role will oversee a team of accountants, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support key business initiatives.
We’re looking for a detail-driven leader with a background in M&A, purchase accounting, and team management—someone ready to step into a strategic role with growth potential.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements

Oversee AP, AR, GL, and payroll functions

Maintain internal controls and accounting policies
-
Manage audits and ensure tax compliance
-
Support M&A activity and purchase accounting

Provide insights through financial analysis

Lead, train, and mentor accounting staff

Collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams
Accounting Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

5+ years of accounting experience; 2+ years of leadership

Experience with purchase accounting and M&A required

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
