LaSalle Network is very excited to partner with a rapidly growing and well-backed technology disrupter in the real estate industry. This company is quickly becoming one of the top brand names in its space and they need bright, intelligent people to join their entrepreneurial team. We are actively recruiting for a Client Experience Manager who will be responsible for supporting agents across multiple disciplines.

As a Client Experience Manager, you will help the agents leverage industry-leading technology and programs to help grow their business. This individual will be a relationship manager and main point of contact for the real estate agents. This is a very agent-facing role that provides top support to ensure their success.

 

Client Experience Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist assigned agents to achieve positive business outcomes via the software and services
  • Drive agent software and program engagement
  • Work cross-functionally to execute strategies and business growth plans
  • Conduct onboarding and trainings with agents
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to marketing, tools, technology, etc.

 

Client Experience Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2-4 years in previous experience in agent service, client success, or client relationship management
  • Interest in new software and cutting-edge programs
  • Previous experience in real estate and technology is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
