We are actively recruiting for a Client Experience Manager who will be responsible for supporting agents across multiple disciplines.
As a Client Experience Manager, you will help the agents leverage industry-leading technology and programs to help grow their business. This individual will be a relationship manager and main point of contact for the real estate agents. This is a very agent-facing role that provides top support to ensure their success.
Client Experience Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist assigned agents to achieve positive business outcomes via the software and services
- Drive agent software and program engagement
- Work cross-functionally to execute strategies and business growth plans
- Conduct onboarding and trainings with agents
- Troubleshoot any issues related to marketing, tools, technology, etc.
Client Experience Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years in previous experience in agent service, client success, or client relationship management
- Interest in new software and cutting-edge programs
- Previous experience in real estate and technology is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
