LaSalle Network is working with a respected nonprofit organization headquartered in downtown Chicago that’s looking to hire an Claims Coordinator immediately. This is an on-site position requiring someone who can multitask across accounting, claims, and compliance functions. If you have experience processing reimbursements or expense claims—especially in a global finance environment—this is a great opportunity to build on that foundation.
Claims Coordinator Responsibilities:

Process and monitor claims for compliance and accuracy

Work closely with claimants to ensure complete documentation

Review and route employee expense reports and vendor invoices

Support disbursements and maintain audit-ready records
-
Identify inconsistencies and flag potential fraud

Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial operations

Support reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc project work

Document and refine standard operating procedures
Claims Coordinator Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
-
1–3 years of experience in claims processing, finance, or accounting
-
Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas a must)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-
Unwavering attention to detail and high ethical standards
-
Global finance experience a plus
