Job Description

Lasalle Network has partnered with a healthcare services and technology company as they are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This position can be 100% remote but will require a willingness to travel locally. This role will report directly into the CEO and have a demonstrated track record of building high-performance revenue-generating teams. At their core, this leader is known for inspiring a result and performance-based culture while infusing an appropriate level of process and prioritization.

Position Summary

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with colleagues as a member of the leadership team. The CRO is responsible for all revenue operations (sales and marketing), defining and maintaining the Company’s revenue strategy across multiple markets, and delivering on the Company’s goals and objectives.

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Responsibilities:

  • Create a sustainable strategy for future growth and deliver accurate revenue projections that includes year over year growth
  • Build a cohesive short, medium, and long-term revenue strategy for the CAVO platform that encompasses and aligns the Marketing, Sales and Client Experience teams
  • Set top-down goals and metrics based on both internal goals and market opportunities
  • Create strategy to implement predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes using data analytics, and manage a consistent pipeline and forecasting methodology
  • Partner with product and development teams to develop the Company’s go-to-market strategy for each LOB across all LOB’s and markets including payers and providers
  • Continuously develop and refine value propositions and differentiated positioning
  • Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience
  • Determine if there are additional market opportunities outside of existing channels
  • Marketing strategy across payer and provider for existing and new product lines
  • Strategically tie all of Company’s offerings to a comprehensive solution and message
  • Ability to close enterprise deals within and across payers and providers
  • Determine and close strategic partnership opportunities
  • Lead and establish channel partnerships including Government markets
  • Work with executive team to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams
  • Systematically utilize experimentation and data to identify what works and what doesn’t, identifying and tracking KPIs, and adjusting business-development efforts accordingly
  • Work directly with the Executive team including the VP of Sales and VP of Operations to maximize provider growth opportunities
  • Determine provider sales needs and expansion growth opportunities
  • Maintain own book of business for both payers and providers
  • Determine and refine a marketing strategy across all marketing channels
  • Ensure relationships with the appropriate decision makers for both clients and prospects
  • Represent Company in media and marketing events

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Requirements:

  • 10-year proven track record of leading multi-channel sales organizations
  • Extensive leadership experience in sales strategy, business development, and marketing functions
  • Extensive track record driving revenue at a high level
  • Experience in the healthcare B2B world with a focus on acute care hospital setting as well as all sizes of health plans
  • Strong collaborator that works well across functions within the organization
  • Agile and able to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Build contracts around value and pricing models
  • Strong writer and communicator
  • Experience with SaaS models desired
  • Data-oriented and evidence-based decision-maker
  • Obsessive about doing high quality work
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus
