Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a construction company that provides high quality products and workmanship to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to manage the financial actions of the organization.

Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:

  • Full oversight for accounting, finance, reporting, compliance, controls, treasury, legal and IT
  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to stakeholders
  • Maintain a system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Communicate with investors, analysts and other stakeholders regarding financial performance and strategy
  • Implement an inventory management system to better track profitability
  • Supervise payroll and manage the annual audits

Chief Financial Officer Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field preferred 
  • 10+ years of experience in a high level accounting or finance role within the HVAC, electrical or construction industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient in QuickBooks
  • Experience with ERP implementations
