Join a leading chemical manufacturing company where innovation meets responsibility. We’re on the hunt for a proactive, solutions-oriented Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to elevate our safety culture and ensure compliance across all operations—with a special emphasis on chemical handling and manufacturing processes.

This is more than compliance—it’s about creating a workplace where people feel safe, empowered, and proud to come to work every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the EHS Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive EHS programs and policies across our cosmetic production facilities.

  • Champion Chemical Safety: Oversee chemical handling protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local environmental regulations specific to chemical manufacturing.

  • Train & Empower: Design and conduct training programs that keep safety top-of-mind—from new hires to seasoned operators.

  • Risk Reduction: Identify potential hazards and implement preventative measures that reduce incidents, downtime, and environmental impact.

  • Compliance Management: Maintain all EHS-related documentation and ensure the facility is always audit-ready.

  • Sustainability Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams on waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives aligned with corporate goals.

  • Incident Response: Lead investigations for workplace incidents, near misses, and environmental concerns with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term prevention.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ Years of EHS Experience in a manufacturing environment—chemical manufacturing experience is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.).

  • Proven track record of implementing effective safety and environmental programs.

  • Experience with SDS management, hazardous waste, air permits, and chemical exposure controls.

  • Excellent communication and training skills; comfortable engaging with team members at all levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Why Join Us?

  • Innovative Environment: Be part of a company that’s constantly pushing the boundaries of beauty science.

  • Values-Driven Culture: We prioritize sustainability, safety, and employee well-being.

  • Career Growth: Opportunity to shape the EHS strategy and grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
