We are currently seeking Outbound Customer Service Specialists to join one of Nashville’s fastest growing insurance companies! Our client headquartered in the West Nashville area, offers a variety of different types of insurance to customers throughout the United States. This organization has been around for over 100 years and is continuing to grow and help families across the country!

We are currently seeking Case Manager Agents and Outbound New Business Representatives to join one of Nashville’s fastest growing insurance companies! Our client headquartered in the West Nashville area, offers a variety of different types of insurance to customers throughout the United States. This organization has been around for over 100 years and is continuing to grow and help families across the country!

 

These professional roles play a crucial role in supporting our client’s rapid growth by directly working with customers over the phone and email. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 5 PM. The compensation for this positions will pay $14 - $15/hr, based off experience. The company is known for promoting within, and they want their employees to develop their careers long-term within their organization.

Case Manager Agents Responsibilities:

Supporting multiple leaders of the insurance department

Organizing various documents for insurance agents

Typing and data entry of information to be disseminated among agents and managers

Managing multiple line phone system

 

Outbound Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to customers in response to web requests

 Interact with customers daily via phone and email

Independently resolve customer needs and provide solutions

Acting as the Liaison between the agent and the customer

Manage accounts from across the United States

Proven performers have worked in sales; social work; insurance; and/or teaching

 

Requirements:

High School Diploma required

A minimum of one-year experience within a fast-paced customer service environment

Ability to work well independently and positively contribute to the overall success of the team

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Superior interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task effectively and flexible to adapt to change
