LaSalle Network is currently working with a leading global corporate payments company. They are looking for a Call Center Specialist for their Lexington, KY office. The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more of call center and/or customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound and taking inbound calls within department KPI goals
- Completing reservations within expected department KPI goals
- Entering reservation details accurately into the system
- Utilizing critical thinking skills over the phone to assist hotels and clients with issues
- Communicating issues effectively and professionally with all CLC Clients and Departments
- Utilizing proper grammar and appropriate speech to notate client needs and issues
- Completing assigned duties on time
- Performing other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements:
- 6 months of call center and/or customer service experience preferred
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
