Member Care Specialist – Customer First, Community Focused

Based onsite in Chicago or Bannockburn, this temp-to-hire opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Schedule: 8:30AM–6PM Monday – Friday
Type: TTH
Compensation:$18-$20/HR

Member Care Specialist Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for members, handling 80–100 inbound calls daily

Support digital banking, checking/savings accounts, loans, and more

Manage multiple screens and systems to resolve issues on the spot

Pitch in during busy periods by assisting with overflow calls and tickets

Deliver consistent, high-quality service with professionalism and patience
Member Care Specialist Requirements:
-
At least 1 year of experience in a call center or financial setting

Strong ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Knowledge of digital banking systems and financial services is a plus

Ability to multitask while engaging with members in real time

Schedule flexibility: Monday–Friday + Saturday rotation
