Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective students

Conduct interviews to uncover students’ motivations, goals, and potential barriers to education

Tailor discussions to connect students with the best-fitting degree programs

Guide students through the entire admissions process from application to testing

Collaborate with financial aid and academic advisors to ensure seamless onboarding

Build strong relationships to encourage referrals and word-of-mouth outreach
Call Center Representative Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals

Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively over the phone

Strong written communication and persuasive messaging skills

Comfort working in a high-volume, call center environment

A team player with the ability to stay self-motivated and independently focused
