Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with an in-home secure storage, manufacturing company, who is hiring a Call Center Representative in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer service phone calls
  • Manage inquiries in a timely manner while providing exceptional customer service
  • Offer basic troubleshooting to customer including product knowledge, recommendations and problem resolution
  • Respond to all written customer correspondence
  • Keep thorough documentation on all customer service tickets
  • Collaborate with team members, customer partners and vendor partners to deliver industry best customer service

Call Center Representative Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills over the phone
  • Detailed written communication skills
