LaSalle Network is currently hiring Call Center Representatives for a leading financial services company located in Arlington Heights, IL. The Call Center Representative role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and sharp individual looking for an established company to gain great experience.

This role has a compensation rate of $16-17/hour, and applicants must be open Monday-Saturday between 7am-7pm. The Call Center Representative will work Saturdays and have one day off during the week.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities

  • Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced, result-oriented fashion; adaptable and flexible 
  • Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls to assist and help with customer retention 
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with other members of the call center service team as well as key inter-departmental contacts 
  • Meet and exceed the goals and objectives of the department 

Call Center Representative Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Must be available to work 100% onsite
