Call Center Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting with account inquiries, payments and troubleshooting
- Provide exceptional service by resolving issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional approach
- Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems in real time
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics in a fast-paced, goal-driven call center environment
Call Center Associate Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume support environment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask—type 35+ words per minute while engaging with customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software (preferred but not required)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to grow in the entertainment and tech space
