Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a quickly growing financial company in downtown Chicago to hire an Call Center Agent. This role offers onsite training, then functions on a hybrid schedule.

Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

  • Take a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow a script to direct customers through loan application 
  • Answer questions about products and help resolve questions regarding customer accounts 
  • Assist customers with payments processing and follow up on past due balances 
  • Follow up with correspondence via email 

Call Center Agent Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of call center experience 
  • Must have high speed internet for days when remote 
  • Must be comfortable following a script
  • Must be comfortable in a metric driven environment
