Job Description

LaSalle Network is partnering with a premier design company in Garland, TX. They are looking to hire charismatic Call Center Agents to provide excellent customer service to their clients. This role pays $22-$25 per hour, based on experience.


Call Center Agent Responsibilities: 
  • Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls to assist customers and resolve order issues
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with other members of the call center service team as well as key inter-departmental contacts 
  • Meet and exceed the goals and objectives of the department 

Call Center Agent Requirements: 
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Must be able to type 45 wpm 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced result-oriented fashion; adaptable and flexible
