Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with a premier lighting design company in the northern suburbs of Chicago. They are looking to hire charismatic Call Center Agents to provide excellent customer service to their clients. This role pays $22-$25 per hour, based on experience.Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls to assist customers and resolve order issues
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with other members of the call center service team as well as key inter-departmental contacts
- Meet and exceed the goals and objectives of the department
Call Center Agent Requirements:
- 1+ year of call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to type 45 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced result-oriented fashion; adaptable and flexible
