LaSalle Network has partnered with a privately-held human resources firm to identify top sales talent in 2021! The Business Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new PEO business and will be dedicated to strategic new business development initiatives within Illinois and Wisconsin.
Business Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Develop new client relationships with prospective accounts through disciplined application of sales processes
- Dedication to the prospect specific sales process
- Establish and maintain consistent follow-up methods and prospect communications
- Develop and maintain a high level of professional and technical service knowledge
- Utilize CRM maintenance to manage the funnel process and pinpoint areas of success
- Local area travel as needed
- Maintain a COI Network
Business Sales Consultant Requirements:
- 5-7 years of outside sales experience
- HCM/ PEO experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and display perseverance
- Consistently courageous with a knack for demonstrating a high degree of initiative
- High client impact, disciplined, organized, and accountable
- Exemplary communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
