Our client, a venture-backed, rapidly growing, Chicago-based technology startup is seeking hungry and energetic Business Development Representatives to join their sales team. You will help support and work cross functionally with sales leadership, marketing and operations teams. As a Business Development Representative, you will drive new leads as well as deliver and communicate demo and value proposition content to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Target, identify, and communicate with prospective new clients from targeting account lists.
- Grow pipeline value of high-quality sales leads.
- Nurture and follow up on warm leads to secure meetings for assigned sales executives.
- Identify, qualify, and close qualified prospects for meetings with sales executives.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s and monthly quota.
Business Development Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Interest in sports is strongly preferred
- Phone experience is preferred
- Ability to overcome objections
- Hungry and energetic mindset
