LaSalle Network has partnered with an established and leading fintech organization specializing in the global payments market!

Our client’s platform assists companies all over the world with making international currency transfers as well as offering various solutions for foreign exchange services. They are looking to bring on hungry, motivated, and collaborative individuals to join their sales team as a Business Development Representative.


As a Business Development Representative, you will be bringing in qualified business leads to their account executive team, assisting with driving revenue, and getting ramped up to eventually transition to a full closing role. This will be a fully remote position, but candidates must live in the Chicagoland area. On top of being remote, this role offers competitive base salary and uncapped commission earnings, as well as full benefits and perks!

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospect potential new business using cold calling, email, and social selling
  • Make discovery calls and qualifying potential new business opportunities
  • Set meetings for Account Executives
  • Research/identify leads
  • Assist with driving revenue and help bring in new clients


Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 0-6 months of sales experience
  • Desire to learn and grow sales career
  • Highly motivated, gritty, and willing to learn
