Job Description

LaSalle Network is hiring Business Development Managers to drive our growth and expansion in the Nashville market.  After a record setting Q4, we are seeking driven and talented salespeople to carry this momentum into 2021! 

As a Business Development Manager, you will work directly under the Director of our Nashville branch, a leader with 15+ years of sales and staffing expertise.  With his guidance and mentorship, you will be empowered to sell LaSalle’s services into companies of all sizes and industries, securing large projects and high-profile searches for our recruiting teams. 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Build relationships with hiring managers at various businesses with the goal of making LaSalle Network their main staffing provider 

  • Make cold calls to prospective clients and set introductory meetings to learn about their business and their current or future hiring needs 

  • Present LaSalle’s services and capabilities to clients through calls and/or Zoom meetings 

  • Establish long-term relationships with clients through frequent follow-up calls, meetings, and quarterly business reviews 

  • Collaborate with recruiters at LaSalle Network to ensure that clients are receiving superior service and high-quality candidates 

  • Grow existing accounts while continuously prospecting and generating new business 

Business Development Manager Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an outbound sales role 

  • Prior experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is preferred 

  • Competitive, goal-driven, and motivated by successfully overcoming objections and winning business 

  • Excellent communication skills, an ability to build rapport, and a natural curiosity and desire to learn about various businesses and careers
