Business Development Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Drive new business through cold outreach, networking, client events, and more 

  • Expand existing accounts in partnership with tenured colleagues across multiple verticals 

  • Pitch, present, and meet with prospective and current clients face-to-face 

  • Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top-tier talent and client satisfaction 

  • Solve problems, overcome objections, and win deals with confidence 

  • Work cross-functionally to scale client partnerships and revenue 

 

Business Development Manager Requirements: 

  • Prior sales experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or another similar space (ex: professional services, consulting) 

  • Must be money-motivated and love a comp plan that rewards results 

  • Proven ability to win new business and scale accounts 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong work ethic, hunger to win, and a desire to grow your career 

  • Willingness to work our hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
