LaSalle Network is hiring a Business Development Manager to join our powerhouse sales team in downtown Chicago! This Business Development Manager role is perfect for a confident, goal-oriented salesperson ready to grow accounts, develop partnerships, and help us scale to new heights.  

 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Source new business via cold calls, networking events, door knocks, and good old-fashioned hustle 

  • Reignite dormant leads and turn them into revenue-generating relationships 

  • Meet with clients in person to pitch, present, and close 

  • Strengthen existing accounts to increase spend and retention 

  • Partner with internal recruiters to deliver top-tier talent solutions 

  • Navigate objections with savvy and a solution-first mindset 

  • Collaborate closely with your team and leadership for big-picture wins 

 

Business Development Manager Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting 

  • Sharp communication and presentation skills 

  • Tenacity, curiosity, and drive 

  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, high-speed environment
