As we expand in Dallas, we’re seeking ambitious professionals to join our Business Development Manager team. This office is led by our Senior VP of New Markets, a proven leader with over 15 years of expertise in technology staffing. His vision and experience are driving our team’s growth in this exciting, emerging market.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with businesses across Dallas-Fort Worth and help them solve their hiring challenges
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting (60+ calls/day) to closing deals—with autonomy and ownership
- Collaborate with an experienced leadership team, including our Senior VP of New Markets, to drive success in this high-growth region
- Consistently achieve revenue goals while contributing to the energy and camaraderie of the team
- Approach your work with an entrepreneurial spirit, driving growth for both clients and your own career
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience (staffing or human capital preferred), with a history of exceeding metrics and revenue goals
- 1+ years of sales experience in the DFW area or strong knowledge of the local market
- Competitive, money-motivated, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers both in person and over the phone
- Open to feedback and focused on continuous personal and professional development
- Excited about working onsite Monday-Thursday, with remote Fridays
