LaSalle Network is partnering with a startup CPG-focused agency to hire an experienced Brand Manager to join the team.  The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth, increase market share and enhance brand equity for the spirits portfolio. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning and strong leadership skills.

Brand Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned spirits brands, including defining brand positioning, target audience and key messaging
  • Drive brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives, product launches and brand activations that resonate with consumers and drive sales
  • Collaborate with digital marketing counterparts to drive brand awareness in various different channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights and growth opportunities for the brand
  • Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives and maximize return on investment
  • Lead the development of creative assets, packaging designs, advertising campaigns and promotional materials to support brand initiatives
  • Oversee the implementation of trade marketing programs and partnerships to drive brand visibility and distribution in key markets
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market share and sales data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company, representing the brand at industry events, trade shows and consumer engagements

Brand Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of brand management experience in the spirits industry or related consumer packaged goods industry
  • Strategic ability to use insights to develop brand/marketing programs that align with overall brand strategy
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and increase market share
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling, with the ability to develop compelling brand narratives and experiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends and derive actionable insights to inform brand strategies
