Job Description
Get in the driver's seat of your career! Our client in Channahon, IL, is a transportation company and is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their finance team.

As a Billing Specialist, you'll resolve billing issues and maintain financial records. QuickBooks experience is a must!

Billing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Create invoices
  • Billing
  • Research and resolve discrepancies

Billing Specialist Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of billing, accounting or finance experience preferred
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • An eye for detail, the ability to work under deadlines and excellent communication skills
