Job Description

Our client, a high growth/highly acquisitive environmental services company, is looking for a Billing Manager to join their growing office in the Chicago suburbs. The Billing Manager will oversee the entire billing function. This position offers a competitive base salary of up to $115,000, and competitive benefits! This role will be on-site in Rosemont, IL.

Billing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of 8 direct reports
  • Oversee the full billing process and act as back up as needed for team
  • Support month end close functions for the billing team and any supporting information for financial close
  • Review invoices and all financial statements
  • Ad-hoc reporting/requests as needed

Billing Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent experience
  • Prior billing experience
  • SAGE experience preferred
  • Prior management required
