In this role, you will be able to sharpen your Spanish speaking skills while also acting as the first line of assistance to the company's wide customer base. Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls
  • Properly document and notate all customer interactions in the database
  • Show empathy and compassion to customers
  • Help customers with various account issues
  • Adhere to call center metrics (quality adherence, call handling, etc.)

Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience working on the phones preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED required
