Bilingual (SpanishCustomer Service Representative Responsibilities:  

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls 
  • Properly document and notate all customer interactions in the database 
  • Show empathy and compassion to customers 
  • Help customers with various account issues 
  • Adhere to call center metrics (quality adherence, call handling, etc.) 

Bilingual (SpanishCustomer Service Representative Requirements:  

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Experience working on the phones preferred 
  • Great attention to detail 
  • High school diploma or GED required
