Our client, a growing transportation and logistics company, is seeking a Bilingual HR Manager to join their HR team! They are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to own all aspects of HR, and they must be bilingual in Spanish and English and well-versed in FMLA laws and regulations. This Bilingual HR Manager will work out of their Rockford, IL location five days a week.Bilingual HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead in the implementation of HR best practices
- Actively recruit qualified candidates
- Be the subject matter expert and mitigate any legal risk for all things FMLA
- Administer and execute compensation, benefits, investigations, performance management and training and development
- Assist with administrative tasks such as onboarding, new hire orientation and organization charts
- Ensure the company is compliant with employment laws
Bilingual HR Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience, whether as a generalist or manager
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must be well-versed and knowledgeable about FMLA laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Proficient with HRIS system, preferably Paychex
