LaSalle Network has partnered with Chicago’s top call centers to provide top customer service representatives! Currently, we are looking to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. Our clients are located with the Chicago area; easily assessable by public transportation and Chicago’s top restaurants and shops!

The Bilingual Customer Service Representatives will be working to provide a high level of customer service in an inbound call center environment. They will join a team of dedicated individuals and will report to a floor manager who will provide them with consistent feedback as well as have exposure to upper level management on a daily basis. Our client provides an excellent training program to ensure representatives are set up for success!

Bilingual Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and chats, and resolve customer issues
  • Contact existing customers to address questions or to follow-up on current marketing campaigns
  • Ensure customers sign applications and sell the caller on features and benefits of services
  • Provide a high level of service to callers and apply a professional attitude for all customers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices, and perform other functions as assigned by management

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and also contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency: word processing, data entry, internet, spreadsheets
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
