Bilingual Customer Support Agent Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and chat messages from clients and customers
  • Assist with troubleshooting over the phone
  • Communicate transparently and provide empathy with callers
  • Enter data efficiently

Bilingual Customer Support Agent Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • High school diploma required
  • At least one year of experience in the customer service or call center environment
  • Hands on automotive or home repair experience is highly preferred but not required   
  • Analytical mind set for problem solving
  • Ability to work with little supervision
