Our client, located right in Little Italy/UIC area, is looking to hiring on Spanish Speaking Customer Care Representatives immediately. In this role you would be able to sharpen your Spanish skills while also acting as the first line of assistance for their wide customer base. This company is looking for individuals who have a passion for helping, are highly motivated, and looking to start ASAP!

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be able to provide a high level of customer service while resolving customer issues and assisting in any way needed. With an intensive on the job training program our client ensures each employee is ready to succeed!

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls
  • Properly document and notate all customer interactions in the database
  • Show empathy and compassion to customers
  • Help customers with various account issues
  • Adhere to call center metrics (quality adherence, call handling, etc.)

 Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience working on the phones preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • HS Diploma or GED required!
